One of the city’s best chefs will be visiting a brewery just steps away from his Design District restaurant, FT33. Chef Matt McCallister will be throwing down at a pop-up in the hallowed halls of Community Beer Company and the menu will be equal to the greatness of the beer poured, and the talents of McCallister.
This dinner will be of special interest to vegetarians, which after a few meat filled weeks in Dallas will give the public a much needed rest from the various critters we’ve all enjoyed.
The dinner will feature cabbages, turnips, brassicas (think broccoli raab, collards, cress, kale, kohlrabi, mustard, bok choi – but much more), grilled beets, and a pecan and jujube tart all paired with the lovely brews conjured by Community Brewing.
