Back CameraChico’s Tacos in El Paso has several locations and can be best described as a beef flauta swimming in a mild red sauce and topped with grated American cheese. This sounds awkward when discussing great tacos, but they are addictive, an El Paso institution, and best devoured after 2am. Just saying.
