Win Tickets to the 2018 Margarita Meltdown!

On May 27, 2018 experience the ultimate margarita experience at 8th Annual Martgarita Meltdown, which will take place at the Dallas Farmers Market from 12pm to 8pm. Their tequila revelers will sample over 30 margaritas from the best Dallas-Fort Worth area restaurants and bars.

Competitors will concoct their very finest margaritas and offer samples from 3pm to 7pm and guests will vote for their fan favorites with the winner being crowned King of the Margarita at 8pm.

This year they offer several ticket levels including General Admission, which allows guests into the event. A Tasting Ticket allows entry and tasting of over 30 margarita samples. VIP tickets allows you to skip the lines, a special VIP lanyard, a Margarita Meltdown commemorative t-shirt, and access to both the VIP bar lounge and BBQ buffet provided by Smokin’ BBQ and Espumoso Café Baylor all at one price.

The entertainment schedule is equally as fun as the margaritas!  Noon-1pm: Live performance by Able Delilah 1pm-2pm: Live performance by Jess Spires 2pm-3pm: Live performance by Phoenix Rose 3pm: DJ Regs begins spinning top 90’s, hip-hop, top 40 and more.

Competing restaurants include Veracruz Café Bishop Arts District, Opa Greek Taverna Rowlett, Iron Cactus downtown Dallas, State & Allen Kitchen + Bar, Ragin Crab Cafe Dallas, Peggy Sue BBQ, Don Chingon, Cedars Social, Hide in Deep Ellum, Backyard, Taqueria La Ventana, On the Border, El Fenix, Frankies Bar, ABV Establishment, Cassidy’s/Main Street Cafe, Lucy’s, Tillman’s Bishop Arts District, Beto and Son Trinity Groves, Frankie’s Mexican Restaurant Sachse with more being added.

Margarita Meltdown is for those 21 years or older and ID’s will be scanned at the gate. There will be opportunities to dine on great food, plus beer will be sold.
