Inaugural Asian Night Market at Bomb Factory July 22nd

Dallas Night Markets presents the inaugural Asian Night Market, showcasing up and coming Asian restaurateurs and chefs, Asian street foods, music and some art on Sunday, July 22, 2018, from 5 pm to midnight, at The Bomb Factory.  

DJ Lucky Lou, a resident DJ in Vegas will fly in for the occasion and celebrate the inaugural Asian Night Market with music from 10 pm to 1 am so come to eat and stay for the dancing.

Admission is $10.  Food coupons will be sold at the event to purchase food at each booth. $1 = 1 food coupon. Menu items at each station will all be under $10.  A $25 packet that includes 20 food coupons and one admission are available online. The Asian chefs and restaurateurs have longed for an Asian Night Market like those they’ve visited and grew up eating in Asia or even in Los Angeles.  They hope to bring that same energy and love for food to the night market.

Chefs and restaurants includes Agu Ramen, Bobaddiction, Cafe Mandu, Four Sisters, Ka-Tip, Khao Noodle Shop, Matcha Craft, Chef Matt Hoa , Monkey King Noodle House, Mr. Max, Niwa Japanese BBQ, SXSE Food Co., Wu DuJour and Yoshi Shabu Shabu, serving Japanese, Taiwanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Laotian, Thai and modern Asian cuisines.  

Several of the restaurants are debuting before their storefront opening or testing the market, like Four Sisters (opening in Ft. Worth), Ka-Tip (currently only at the Farmer’s Market), SXSE Food Co. (from Austin, hoping to expand to Dallas), Cafe Mandu (opening soon in Irving) and Chef Matt Hoa who is currently at Ten Ramen.  

Expect menu items like yakitori, okinawa musubi, matcha drinks and pancake bites, boat noodle soup, katsu sandwiches, soboro bowls, korokke, papaya salad, grilled porks, deviled teas, pork baos, boba tea, prime rib larb tacos and more. All menu items at each station will all be under $10.

DJ Lucky Lou has garnished the reputation as “one of the hottest DJs” and is recognized for his turntable mastery as well as tremendous showmanship.
