Thanksgiving may be over, but that doesn’t mean you’ve got to stop eating turkey. In fact, Greenville Avenue Pizza Company would argue the opposite—and then they’d partner with one of Dallas’s best chefs to put some turkey on a pizza.
Created by Chef Kent Rathbun, the Wild Turkey Pizza is topped with One90 smoked turkey, gruyére cheese, Alfredo sauce, caramelized onions, mushrooms, spinach and prosciutto, and it’s served with a side cranberry sauce. It tastes like a delicious holiday plate, but in this case, the plate is a pizza—and therefore better.
In more good news, GAPCo will also be serving cranberry-habanero wings, which are sweet, spicy and exactly what you want to pair with that Wild Turkey Pizza.
Both items will be available at each of GAPCo’s locations—Lowest Greenville and Peavy Road—through January 31. The pizza costs $18 for a small and $23 for a large, while the wings run for a cool $10. So head for your nearest GAPCo to try both while they’re around. Because nothing says “the holidays” quite like smoked turkey pizza and cranberry-habanero wings.
