Kenny Bowers is a man who does everything in a BIG way! Whether it was the 2010 launch of the El Jefe Grande, a 7-pound burger at Bowers’ Kenny’s Burger Joint or this year’s Bada Big Challenge, a 32” 10,000 calorie pizza at Kenny’s East Coast Pizza, all of the Kenny’s concepts produce food that is always more than generous. And Chef Bowers isn’t afraid of getting a little cheesy, either.
Now, Bowers is offering a cheesy celebration at his Plano-based Kenny’s Smoke House. When Bowers opened the Smoke House in 2013, it was because he finally felt he’d mastered a true Texas brisket, a challenge that was more than a decade in the making. Now, Bowers is taking his famed smoked Texas brisket and put a Tex-Mex spin on it. Every Tuesday, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Kenny’s Smoke House will serve Smoked Brisket Enchiladas. The tasty treat features three stuffed enchiladas for only $12.99, and will be available each Tuesday until they run out.
Kenny’s Smoke House is the creation of Chef Kenny Bowers and restaurateur Bob Stegall. The restaurant features exceptional slow smoked meat and seafood, decadent sandwiches and sides, all in a comfortable, engaging atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a full bar, a menu featuring the finest ingredients in simple, delicious preparation in a relaxed, full-service environment.
