With five locations throughout DFW, Liberty Burger puts a grown-up spin on the American diner. The family-owned and Texas-grown burger establishment not only incorporates fresh and high quality American grown ingredients and responsibly raised meats in each meal, however, they are also committed to social contribution and environmental responsibility.
Each of their burgers are sandwiched between bread by local bakeries. Notable burgers include the Jackie O, with a lamb patty topped with feta cheese, baby spinach and oven roasted tomatoes. Another great choice is the Napa, a beef patty topped with gorgonzola cheese, wild arugula, oven-roasted tomatoes, red onions, green olives and basil garlic aioli.
Each month, Liberty Burger introduces a new sandwich as their “Give Back Burger” of the month, and for each burger sold, they donate a dollar to a charity they have chosen for that month. This month’s Give Back Burger is the Show Me the Shoyu, an American bison and mushroom patty topped with butter lettuce, shoyu glaze, swiss cheese, sauteed mushrooms, caramelized onion and basil garlic aioli. For each Show Me the Shoyu burger sold this month, Liberty Burger will donate $1.00 to the Dallas Area Rape Crisis Center.
Liberty Burger offers a variety of sweet, delectable desserts, including the adult milkshakes. A couple of Liberty Burger’s signature Spirited Shakes include the Ice Cream Sandwich, a mix of Oreos, Baileys Irish Cream and vanilla custard. Another good choice is the Mud Slide, a mix of Kahlua, Baileys Irish Cream, vanilla custard and a creamy chocolate swirl.
Liberty Burger is open in Richardson, Addison, Dallas and Allen.
