Voicebox, a private suite karaoke experience founded in Portland, Oregon, is heading east and will open its fifth location this fall in Fort Worth, Texas. The new location will open this fall in Crockett Row at West 7th, a vibrant destination to eat, drink, shop and explore in the heart of the Cultural District in Fort Worth. Voicebox is a decade-old Portland-based specialty entertainment venue featuring a relaxed, personal environment for guests to enjoy the company of friends as they mingle and sing along to their favorite tunes. The new 3,900-square-foot karaoke lounge in Crockett Row will feature eight private karaoke suites with seating for more than 100 guests in the suites, along with an open public lounge area.

“This is the perfect market for our expansion, and we could not be more excited to introduce the Voicebox experience to Texas. I love the energy of the Crockett Row area, and I can tell that the Fort Worth community is ready to rock with us,” said Voicebox Founder Scott Simon. “We are excited to lay our roots in Texas and have been eyeing other potential sites across the state for Voicebox locations in the coming years.”

Voicebox offers best-in-class karaoke systems, with each private suite featuring two TVs, one for the singer and one for guests to sing along. The days of waiting your turn to sing your favorite tunes in front of the crowd are over; guests will have complete creative control in their suite, including music and lighting moods calibrated directly from a Smartphone or a provided remote control. The extensive playlists offer more than 71,000 available songs for guests to sing, ranging across 20 different languages.  Voicebox’s online playlists allow guests select songs before their visit, optimizing singing time in their suite. The playlists can be found at www.vbsongs.com.

If this musical attraction alone isn’t enough to get patrons excited, Voicebox’s menu features delectable shareable snacks, which can be enjoyed in a private suite or in the public lounge area. Guests can also enjoy a full bar with beer, wine and liquor, including Voicebox’s signature, house-infused saké cocktails for when you just need that little push to sing your heart out. Beer lovers will be able to indulge in a selection of Texas’ best craft beers. Dedicated wait staff will serve each of the private suites ensuring a personalized experience.
