Trophy Park Opens This Month at Star in Frisco

Trophy Park USA will bring upscale cuisine, craft cocktails, and family-friendly entertainment to Frisco when the sports lounge opens at The Star District on Monday, October 21. 

Trophy Park USA offers a creative, multi-cuisine menu with an emphasis on entertainment for adults, kids and families. The 13,000-square-foot restaurant with two spacious patios offers bowling, bocce ball, live music, interactive gaming and more. Private gaming booths are available, and offer access to interactive gaming consoles.

Sports fans will find a multitude of televisions throughout the venue including a large outdoor patio screen, making Trophy Park USA a prime spot to cheer on the Dallas Cowboys in the team’s own backyard.

Executive Chef Johnathon Pauley heads the Trophy Park kitchen. Chef Pauley’s career experience includes opening several restaurants including Water Grill Orange County and Water Grill Dallas. Most recently, Chef Pauley opened J2 Steakhouse as the executive chef. With his background in steak and seafood, the 29-year-old brings a fresh approach to Trophy Park, creating a menu inspired by his broad culinary background catering to all tastes.

WARMUPS
Kung Pao Cauliflower, soy, rock candy, arbol chili, peanuts and scallions
Confit Potstickers, ginger sesame beurre blanc
Venison Meatballs, bourbon demi-glace, bleu cheese, micro shiso, romesco

HANDHELDS
Brisket Suadero Tacos, diced crispy with white onion, cilantro, roasted salsa and plantain chips
Short Rib Grilled Cheese, pepper jack, bacon onion jam, charred tomato and fries

BIG PLAYS
King Crab Legs, drawn butter, burnt lemon, steamed potato and creamy slaw
Arctic Char, chili honey glaze, asparagus and lemon cream
Smoked Tenderloin, beet whipped potatoes, demi-glace, sunchoke chips, broccolini florets

HAIL MARYS
Tomahawk Ribeye, 42oz Rib Eye served with roasted garlic and grilled lemon
Seafood Tower, oysters, shrimp ceviche, lobster, king crab, poached shrimp, steamed mussels and clams
Trophy Platter, Prime tomahawk ribeye, hot dog, cheeseburger, bone marrow, prosciutto, duck egg, 12oz NY strip, and chef’s selection

Additionally, the menu will offer chilled items such as Salmon Tartare and Ceviche; various flatbreads including Char Siu, Tex Mex and Short Rib, and an assortment of salads and side dishes.
