Fort Worth’s first “Groceraunt”, a family-owned urban neighborhood grocery/restaurant/wine bar and workspace will soon open located next to the historic Burnett Park on the ground floor of the amazing “First On 7th” space in the former Bank Of America Building
The Neighbor’s House Promise is based on the early neighborhood tradition of knocking on your neighbors door to borrow a cup of sugar or anything else that may complete the family meal. Neighbors House Grocery is wanting to serve the Downtown/West 7th community with that friendly neighborhood feel and have confidence in knowing that if they don’t carry that special item you’re looking for, they will exhaust all resources to get it in your hands.
This a family endeavor that is the culmination of owners Kyle and Ashlee Cowan’s dream of creating a new and inviting neighborhood grocery experience to the Downtown Fort Worth area.
Neighbor’s House Grocery values the surrounding community and its needs for locally sourced and affordable food options. Shelves are stocked with a combination of recognizable household brands as well as specialty and health-centered products. A fully-outfitted kitchen is on site for delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Grab and Go meals will be ready for those who are on a limited lunch time schedule.
Neighbor’s has also partnered with several local vendors and excited to share partnership with TCU’s Rollin’ N Bowlin’ Acai Bowl Smoothie and Toast Café, as well as our bottled in-house pressed juices.
70 seats with window views of the downtown brick streets will allow patrons to dine while enjoying a glass of wine from our 400 label collection. They will also cater to those Texas craft beer lovers, offering selections from several local brewing companies.
