After months of searching, Dallas’ Meddlesome Moth has named Suki Otsuki executive chef. Expect to see Suki’s culinary influences on brunch, lunch and dinner menus at the Moth over the next several weeks.

Chef Suki is already at work to reintroduce a select group of gastropub classics and some new healthful options that are sure to please all palates.

“Suki has been a big part of our team for a long time,” says Shannon Wynne. “We’ve been looking for an executive chef for Moth for several months now and with Mudhen closing we found Suki right under our noses! Suki had been a sous chef at Moth back in the early days under the guidance of Chef Chad Kelley and we are really glad to welcome her back.”

From Lark on the Park to House of Blues, Otsuki has always remained a native to the Dallas culinary scene. She most recently held tenure as the opening executive chef at Mudhen Meat & Greens in the Dallas Farmers Market. Suki is a graduate of Texas Culinary Academy and also holds a Certificate in Patisserie and Baking from Le Cordon Bleu.
