Founded in 2015 by Andrea Meyer, Bisous Bisous Pâtisserie is one of our very favorite bakeries that specializes in a large variety of French-style pastries made from scratch daily utilizing the finest ingredients, including its signature French Macarons, cruffins, croissants, tarts, éclairs, and custom-made cakes.

A rotating selection of delectable offerings feature seasonally inspired flavors, and the full coffee and espresso bar utilizes a custom blend of beans from Noble Coyote Coffee Roasters. Bisous Bisous also offers culinary classes, mobile sales opportunities with its Rendezvous food truck, and an off-site kitchen for wholesale business.

Bûche De Noël

Bûche De Noël, French for Yule log, is the quintessential Christmas dessert. Available in Chocolate Caramel Toffee or Chocolate Hazelnut, these traditional cakes not only make a beautiful centerpiece but taste as good as they look. Whole cakes available by pre-order for $45 and individual slices available daily in-store for $7. A limited amount of whole cakes will also be available in-store on Christmas Eve (depending if you’ve been naughty or nice!).

Freezer to Oven Croissants

Sweet treats aren’t the only thing on the menu at Bisous, their Freezer to Oven Croissants are sure to make your holiday cooking effortless! As Chef Andrea says, “We make ‘em. You bake ‘em.” The freshly rolled croissant dough is available in a four-pack in plain or chocolate ($12) or ham and cheese ($14) to simply throw in the oven and bake at your home. Over the holidays, spend valuable time with the family, not slaving away in the kitchen. These convenient croissants are available daily and by order.
