It’s time to grab your dearest gal pals, daughter or mom and get ready for the best day of the year!
On Saturday, Feb. 6 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., ladies will celebrate ladies during Michele DeWitt’s “It’s The Wine Talking” three-course brunch with wine pairings, held at FB Society’s latest concept – Parkway Café and Terrace.
Located at 14555 Dallas Pkwy, Parkway is an all-new multi-space private event concept and coffee shop with three unique spaces – The Café, The Lawn and The Terrace. All about delivering unforgettable experiences, Parkway is a customizable space for events ranging from business luncheons in the café to a party on the third-floor terrace. Perfect for social distancing, the 8,200-square-foot combined event venue features two open-air spaces – The Lawn and The Terrace. The Café is available for private events and is also open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. serving a full coffee bar, breakfast and grab-and-go lunches.
Guests at Galentine’s Day Bubbly Brunch will be among the first visitors to take in Parkway’s stylish and community-inspired ambiance. During this brunch, hosted by DeWitt, co-founder of FB Society and Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 3 advanced sommelier, guests will first be greeted with a glass of bubbly and hors d’oeurves. Then, they’ll be invited to browse three to four local vendor stations to shop for Valentine’s Day and enjoy photo opportunities along with a bubby bar all set up on The Lawn.
Inside The Café, Parkway will be adorned in a “think pink” theme with communal tables, as well as four-top and two-top tables to ensure all guests feel comfortable. During the three-course brunch with bubbly pairings, guests can bond with their favorite ladies over a delectable meal prepared by Vestals Catering while learning about each wine pairing from DeWitt.
After brunch, guests are invited to revisit The Lawn for additional bubbly and to shop for their Galentine’s and/or Valentine’s from the vendors. They will also have the opportunity to purchase the wine that was featured during the event. Upon guests’ departure, DeWitt, along with Parkway, will give away exclusive goodie bags.
