Suburban Yacht Club, the latest restaurant concept from the team at 33 Restaurant Group is slated to open on The Boardwalk at Granite Park, June 2021.
“We’re excited to introduce Suburban Yacht Club to The Boardwalk,” says 33 Restaurant Group Founder Preston Lancaster. “The SoCal vibes are evident throughout the diverse and evolving offerings on the menu to the flow of the indoor/outdoor dining space and distinctively spirited cocktails. We look forward to sharing these elemental coastal vibes with our neighbors.”
The menu, crafted by 33RG Culinary Director Brian C. Luscher showcases SoCal food-truck inspired fare including quesabirria, crisped pork carnitas and Baja-style fish tacos in addition to a classic Boardwalk burger, smoke roasted chicken and ribs, Flamin’ Hot Cheetos elote, fresh catch ceviche and other offerings.
Chef Brandon Pappalardo, formerly of The Grape under the leadership of Luscher takes the helm of the Suburban Yacht Club kitchen.
A Tiki-forward beverage program, curated by 33RG Director of Operations Kristin Wisniewski and GM Izack Lara also includes frozen cocktails, a signature ‘Scorpion Bowl’, sangria on tap and wines available by the glass/bottle.
