Introducing our 1st annual Vino at the Vin. We’re celebrating National Wine Day the only way we know how…with a weekend full of immersive wine events — Rombauer Wine Dinner, TX wine & BBQ, WSET Level 1 Class, and Wine for the People.


Rombauer Wine Dinner | May 20 | Bordeaux Ballroom | 7 to 10 PM | $165 pp Kick off your Vino at the Vin weekend with a four-course wine dinner presented by Dallas’ local celebrity Chef, Luke Rodgers, with pairings from Rombauer Vineyards in our Bordeaux Ballroom. VIP Pre-Reception begins at 6 PM with passed wine and Hors d’oeurves on Rioja Terrace for an additional $25. $165 ticket includes gratuity.


TX Wine & BBQ | May 21 | The Junction | 7 to 10 PM | $60 pp
When you think Texas, you think BBQ…we think wine, so why not both? Join us on The Junction for a plate of Texas smoked BBQ and taste 6 different local Texas wines while enjoying live country music from Heather Linn & the Deacons. Walk-up bar available with all things TX – craft brews, bourbon, and wine


WSET Level 1 | May 22 | Bordeaux Ballroom | 10 AM to 4 PM | $310 pp Ever dreamed of becoming a sommelier? Along with the Dallas Wine Education Center we are hosting a WSET Level 1 class in our Bordeaux Ballroom for individuals new to wine study. This qualification provides a hands-on introduction to the world of wine. You will explore the main types and styles of wine through sight, smell, and taste, while also gaining the basic skills to describe wines accurately and make food and wine pairings.


Wine for the People | May 22 | The Junction | 12 to 4 PM | $55 pp Come one, come all! If you like wine, this is the event for you —Sip on over 20 different wines all below $40 per bottle and rated over 90 points and above by Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast. Notable Wine is DJing and burgers from the Easy Slider food truck will be available.
Magnum Package | All 3 events | $250 pp

Chef Luke Rogers, 2019 Chef of the Year for Texas, Chef Luke won the 2020 Iron Fork Chef Competition, presented by US Foods and the World Food Championships. He made his first appearance as a Celebrity Chef at the 2021 Kentucky Derby.
