Toussaint Brasserie Launches Happy Hour Menu Featuring Signature Cocktails

Toussaint Brasserie, the approachably chic French-inspired restaurant and bar, has launched a happy hour menu featuring specials on their signature cocktails menu, wine, beer and snacks from 4-6PM Monday-Friday.

Located inside Renaissance Saint Elm Dallas Downtown Hotel, the new happy hour menu offers downtown employees, residents, and visitors the perfect relaxed destination for an afternoon aperitif.

The happy hour menu offers $8 signature cocktails, $5 select glasses of wine, and $5 draft beers. Additionally, some of Toussaint’s most popular dishes will be available at a special price.

Happy hour guests can select from signature cocktails such as the Buffalo Nickle – Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Drambuie, grapefruit butters, Laphroaig spritz; Lapse in Judgement – Aperol, crème de peche, rosemary, lemon, Tupps wheat beer; Thirty Aux Six – El Jimador Tequila, Pamplemousses Liqueur, grapefruit, lime, sea salt; Aviator – Aviation Gin, maraschino, lemon, lavender; RHOD – Tito’s Vodka, peach, lemon, vanilla; and Pistol Whip – Bulleit Rye Bourbon, Cynar, Demerara, Angostura.

Wines by the glass will feature Domaine Du Pouy – Ugni Blanc, Côtes de Gascogne, France; and Chateau Guiot – Grenache/Syrah, Costières de Nîmes, France.

To accompany the libations, a food menu will be available with dishes such as East Coast Oysters ($2) – Mignonette, Saigon sauce; Gougeres – ($3) – Choux pastry cheese puff, beer cheese fondue; Beef Bulgogi Bao Buns ($9) – 3 buns, house marinade, sweet Saigon sauce, pickled vegetables, cilantro; Tasso Ham Cajun Burger ($9) – 4oz patties, Tasso ham, Cajun seasoning, peppadew relish, remoulade, brioche bun, frites; Alsatian Bacon & Onion Flatbread ($9) – crème fraiche, fromage blanc, bacon, onion, chive; Meat & Cheese Board ($15) – raclette cheese, serrano ham, wagyu sausage, cornichons, fig jam, baguette.

Toussaint Brasserie serves lunch and dinner seven days a week, with weekend brunch now available. The brasserie offers a relaxed dining destination serving thoughtfully planned and well executed food and drink rooted in the storied culinary techniques of French and Asian flavors.

Since opening in April 2022, Toussaint Brasserie has carved out its niche as the go-to spot to visit with friends, for a date night or to pop in for a quick lunch.

    My wife and I have had brunch there twice and the food and cocktails are very good. Happy hour should be fun, with tasty food.
