Fletcher’s Corny Dogs to Open Permanent Location at Klyde Warren Park

Fletcher’s Original Corny Dogs will become the first-ever “permanent” food truck in Klyde Warren Park (KWP). Visitors to the Park will find them stationed on the East Lawn, opposite of Food Truck Lane, by the soon to be revealed Nancy Best Fountain. The Fletcher’s truck will sell all six varieties of Corny Dogs, Seasoned Curly Fries and Lemonade. The new truck is being specially designed and branded and will make its debut later this Fall to coincide with the official opening of the new fountain at KWP. Until then, FCD will make special appearances at select KWP events with one of the brands mobile trailers.

As the Park celebrates 10 years of serving communities in the heart of Dallas, this partnership brings State Fair Fun all year round to park visitors and families that frequent the city’s beloved green space. Fletcher’s is celebrating their 80th anniversary this year, and as the third-generation of Fletcher family members strive to honor the legacy of their past, they are also looking to the future to continue to stay relevant for new generations of fans. This partnership is one big step into that future.

Fletcher’s currently operates two mobile trailers to participate in events outside of the State Fair of Texas, but this marks the first ever food truck for the brand.

“For the last couple of years Fletcher’s has been looking for the right partnership for a permanent location. What better place than our hometown of Dallas and what better place than beautiful Klyde Warren Park? With its easy access, diversity of the patrons, and beautiful scenery I can’t think of anywhere better for Fletcher’s to put down roots, or tires if you will. Our family is very excited for people to get their #FCDxKWP.”  said Aaron Fletcher, CEO, Fletcher’s Original Corny Dogs.

In advance of this Corny collaboration, Fletcher’s will be in Klyde Warren Park on Friday August 26th, from 11a-7p, to help celebrate #NationalDogDay with the brand’s famous fried favorites. Grab your furry friend and celebrate this historic partnership with dog-friendly photo opportunities and all things befitting a park “pup-up” event!
