Villa Azur Dallas, the glitzy South of France inspired culinary + entertainment destination located in the W Hotel in Victory Park, invites Dallasites to experience a truly indulgent Christmas Eve celebration with an exclusive to the evening menu designed by Chef Yia Medina of Food Network fame. The menu is available as takeout and must be ordered by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, December 21.
The three course menu is offered at $125 per person and includes the following:
- First Course choice of:
- Nantucket Bay scallops served with denominazione d’origine proetta pancetta served over celeriac purée
- Lobster bisque served with tarragon butter and crab ravioli
- Steak tartare with pickled mustard seeds, Ossetra caviar and confit egg yolk
- Winter salad of shaved brussel sprouts, hazelnuts, pecorino romano cheese, dehydrated fruits and fresh herbs served with lemon vinaigrette
- Second Course choice of:
- Citrus glazed duck leg confit, pan-seared duck breast, and seared foie gras served with a Mission fig balsamic reduction
- 16 oz. bone in grilled ribeye steak served with bourbon braised cipollini onions
- Butternut squash ravioli served with a delicate brown butter and sage sauce
- Seared halibut with lemon-dill beurre blanc and Ossetra caviar
- Third Course dessert: La Bȗche de Noël, a French traditional yule log inspired Christmas cake

These pairings are highly recommended as guests will want to raise a glass to the evening’s entertainers including a DJ, live violinist, and gorgeous greeters. The holiday decor, including multiple Christmas trees, garlands, and other spangled spaces create an atmosphere perfect for indulgence.
After the gifts have been unwrapped and stockings un-stuffed, join Villa Azur for a fabulous, yet intimate Christmas Day brunch featuring the signature brunch menu plus a variety of Chef-created specials from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Guests may add a personal $45 Mimosa or Bellini, including a bottle of prosecco served with orange or peach juice and accompanying fruits to make your own perfect libation.
