It’s been four long years since Greenville Avenue Pizza Company last served its cult-favorite Crawfish Boil Pizza. Four years is a long time to wait for anything, but an eternity when pizza is concerned. Fortunately, the wait is over, and the pizza is back for a limited time to celebrate the seasonal crustacean.
The Crawfish Boil Pizza combines spicy boiled crawfish, Cajun sausage, Creole mustard cream sauce, mozzarella, spicy red potatoes, sweet corn and roasted garlic. It has everything you need to create the classic, communal crawfish boil, including that coveted Cajun spice, but in a package that’s a lot easier to eat.
The specialty pizza is available March 15 to May 13, so don’t miss your chance to try it. A 16-inch large is $26, a 12-inch small is $21, and a 12-inch with cauliflower crust is $23.
