Ramble Room, the popular new restaurant featuring classic American cuisine, has recently launched weekend brunch on Saturdays and Sundays beginning at 11 am and lunch seven days a week beginning at 11 am.
The restaurant comes from well-known Dallas restaurateur, Jon Alexis and his new hospitality group – Imperial Fizz.
The Ramble Room menu offers approachable, everyday American classic dishes that diners have enjoyed for decades.
Alexis says, “We absolutely love being a place for the neighborhood to go for dinner whether celebrating something special or just grabbing a bite after a busy day. Now, we are offering the community a place to enjoy a delicious lunch or soak up the sun on our patio during brunch in addition to dinner service.”
Guests can expect brunch entrees such as the Apple Pie French Toast – brioche, cinnamon crumble, maple syrup, whipped cream and candied pecans; Avocado Prosciutto Benedict – garlic and herb bread, deviled hollandaise, served with seasonal fruit; Brunch BLT – thick cut bacon, arugula, fried green and Campari tomato, garlic aioli, scramble egg, sourdough; and NY Strip & Eggs – sunny eggs, herb butter, breakfast potatoes, arugula salad. Classic brunch cocktails are also available including a Tito’s Bloody Mary and Mimosas.
Lunch-goers can enjoy a robust lunch menu highlighting items such as the Steakhouse Salad – NY strip, arugula, sauteed mushroom, onion, parmesan, and balsamic vinaigrette; Asian Chicken Salad – napa slaw, cashew, cilantro, honey son vinaigrette; and the BLFGT – thick cut bacon, arugula, fried green and Campari tomato, garlic aioli on sourdough along with most of the dinner menu favorites as well.
Brunch and lunch are available now. Brunch is offered Saturdays and Sundays from 11 am – 3 pm. Lunch is offered 7 days a week from 11 am – 5 pm.
