Construction is currently underway transforming Stephenville’s historic Caravan Inn, into a fully reimagined boutique, luxury, mid-century modern, 33 room motel and full-service restaurant collaboration— The Seeker with Stephan Pyles. Additionally, a unique event space named The Cork Room is in the works, poised to become an ideal venue for hosting a variety of occasions such as weddings, cooking demonstrations, private dinners, anniversaries, birthday celebrations, culinary classes, and more.
For those planning in advance for 2024 travel, the first two of six Stephan Pyles destination culinary celebration weekends are now available for pre-booking. Chef Stephan Pyles culinary, two-night, weekend packages will include Friday night welcome reception at Interstate Inn, Saturday afternoon cooking class at The Cork Room, Saturday night wine dinner and Sunday brunch with Chef Pyles at The Seeker. Packages are now available at special pre-booking rates through January 1, 2024 for the following dates:
