Fletcher’s Original Corny Dogs Is Now Permanently Parked at Klyde Warren Park

Earlier this year, Fletcher’s Original Corny Dogs announced a tasty new partnership to park its first-ever Food Truck along Klyde Warren Park’s East Lawn adjacent to the new Nancy Best Fountain. As Klyde Warren Park celebrates 10 years of serving communities in the heart of Dallas, this partnership brings State Fair fun to the city’s beloved green space all year long. For the past several months, Fletcher’s has been utilizing its existing food trailers to pop up at the Park on weekends while their new food truck was being designed and built.

Fletcher’s Corny Dogs to Open Permanent Location at Klyde Warren Park

Fletcher’s Original Corny Dogs will become the first-ever “permanent” food truck in Klyde Warren Park (KWP). Visitors to the Park will find them stationed on the East Lawn, opposite of Food Truck Lane, by the soon to be revealed Nancy Best Fountain. The Fletcher’s truck will sell all six varieties of Corny Dogs, Seasoned Curly Fries and Lemonade. The new truck is being specially designed and branded and will make its debut later this Fall to coincide with the official opening of the new fountain at KWP. Until then, FCD will make special appearances at select KWP events with one of the brands mobile trailers.

Dog Haus Hits the Road in New DFW Mobile Restaurant

The Dog Haus team and local franchisee Kirk Hermansen have put the brand’s kick-ass experience on wheels and is ready to take it for a spin. 

On Sept. 20, Dog Haus’ very first food truck will make its debut and will be cruisin’ around Dallas-Fort Worth, making it even easier for locals to discover what The Absolute Würst is all about. The 23-foot food truck features a full kitchen that’ll enable Dog Haus to serve its acclaimed menu, all over the metropolitan area. When the new food truck rolls up, it’ll bring the full Dog Haus experience.

Masterchef Luca Manfe Bringing Food Truck To Dallas This Spring

After winning Gordon Ramsay’s Masterchef, Luca Manfe launched The Lucky Fig in Houston serving more than 7,000 meals and catering 26 events. The concept was to deliver farm-to-street modern Italian cuisine. The truck‘s menu offered shareable starters like meatballs and stuffed riceballs as well as sandwiches on homemade bread and a rotating pasta special. It’s hearty, satisfying stuff, particularly the properly al dente rigatoni with bolognese sauce and the bison short ribs on ciabatta bread.

Bombay Street Food Truck Brings A Dosa Of Good Tidings And Great Joy

One of favorite food trucks in Dallas is the Bombay Street Food and we havr a bizarre obsession with its menu. The truck serves 100% vegan dosas and other interesting Indian offerings.

A dosa is a versatile Southern Indian street food that is prepared with a crispy crepe-like shell made of rice and lentils, and filled with ingredients that can be served with varying spice levels. This makes for an interesting and practical offering for a food truck, and one that fills a niche the Dallas area desperately needed.   Continue reading
