TJ Lengnick Back At Shinsei

It has been a dizzying few days for those attempting to keep track of the many chef movements in Dallas. Yesterday we reported that TJ Lengnick had left Whiskey Cake and made his way to Stephan Pyles. Last night TJ called to say he is on the move once again, this time he will be back home to take the reins at Shinsei as the executive chef. Continue reading
