The March of the Food Trucks

If you didn’t get your food truck fix last weekend, and really you can find these trucks each and every day plugging along to feed our good city, here are three more truck-worthy events coming up soon.

This from the charity Ten for 10: Friday, October 21st we’re taking over Sunset Lounge for a Food Truck SmackDown! Local DFW Food Trucks/Carts will compete for favorite concept, favorite food and overall winner…and YOU decide who takes home the prize!

The Main Event is from 7:30pm -10:30pm.

Tickets for this charity event are $60 and $100 for VIP. Save some moolah today if you order your tickets before September 3, 2011. Here you will find the tickets at $50 and $75. Great cause that supplies water for under-developed nations.

This from Sigel’s: As a result of the overwhelming response to the Inaugural DFW Food Truck Festival – which saw over 2000 people brave 106 degree temperatures to experience the most exciting trend on the Dallas dining scene – Sigel’s is proud to announce the date for the DFW Winter Food Trucks Festival will be Saturday November 12th. In addition to food trucks there will also be Craft Beer, Wine and Spirits tastings inside the store.

    Checked out Camarena at Sigels today, no tacos and no tequila samples, but they gave us bottled water and a Tshirt.
