Scott Gottlich and Second Floor have announced their replacement Executive Chef for the restaurant located at the Westin Galleria in Dallas. Welcome Joel Harloff, formerly of the Green Room and Dali Wine Bar. Harloff has also worked Mi Piaci, Nana Grill at the Hilton Anatole and the Warwick Melrose Dallas. More recently Harloff has been instructing at Cordon Bleu.
Said Gottlich, “Not only on paper was Joel a good fit, but I can personally attest to his skills as he has helped me out on several occasions at Bijoux,” says Chef Partner, Scott Gottlich. “Joel has proven that he is successful in leading multiple kitchens. I look forward to a new progressive dialogue between us. Just like a person progresses and develops to reach their greatest potential, a restaurant does the same.
