Pop Up restaurants are fun. Tasting cuisine that is not on any menu in town, and inspired for that one evening and fed to a small gathering is definitely my idea of entertainment. There are a small handful of chefs that make the Pop Up their livelihood. Chef DAT comes to mind, as does Frank, the underground private dinner party experience by MasterChef Season 2 finalists Jennie Kelley & Ben Starr. I also enjoy the food styling’s of Chef Nicole.
