Just in time for Valentine’s Day, renowned Executive Chef Anastacia Quinones will partner with Peak & Elm, Friday February 14th, to offer a deliciously romantic Valentine’s Day dinner featuring all locally sourced ingredients from the Dallas Farmers Market. Anastacia, also known as AQ, served as Executive Chef at Dallas restaurants Alma and Komali, but now works as a culinary instructor at Molina High School. This event marks her debut back into kitchen.
Live music and service provided by Molina High School students under the direction of Chef AQ will make the evening truly one of a kind. Patrons can definitely expect a warm dining experience full of culture and tradition. Continue reading
