Riscky’s Barbeque is hosting its 11th annual rib-eating contest on July 22, in tandem with celebratory events hosted by the Fort Worth Stockyards and Stockyards Station in honor of the National Day of the American Cowboy.
Riscky’s Barbeque, a Fort Worth BBQ legend for the past 90 years, along with Stockyards Station, will challenge 20 barbecue enthusiasts to eat as many Riscky’s beef ribs as possible in 60 seconds. The top qualifiers will then go head-to-head for a grand prize valued at $500, a second place prize valued at $250, and a third place prize valued at $100. Continue reading
