Rise Southern Biscuits & Righteous Chicken has quietly become one of the more ambitious fast-casual expansions in North Texas, and it didn’t start here. The concept traces back to North Carolina, where it built a following strong enough to land on Food & Wine’s list of the best biscuits in the country, before local franchise owners Ashwin Reddy and Isha Vedire brought it to DFW with plans for as many as twenty locations across the metro.
