A Dozen Wonderful Pizzas in Dallas That Are Not Neapolitan

We have been in search of the best pizza in Dallas but with a single hitch– not Neapolitan style. We have witnessed an onslaught of pizza being brought to the forefront and most of the new spots in Dallas are of the Neapolitan variety. There will be even more of this style of pizza coming, and that is fantastic. We love this, but what are some of the best non-Neapolitan pizzas in the Dallas area? Glad you asked.

Seriously, Serious Pizza

Just over one year ago we did a pizza tour that included many of the area’s best pizzerias. Cane Rosso was on the list as they just moved into their digs on Commerce. Along with that Deep Ellum hot spot we also visited Serious Pizza the very first day they were open to the public. The Elm Street pizzeria has since made its way into annals of epic pizza in Dallas.            Continue reading
