The Shops at Park Lane seems to be enjoying an infusion of new restaurant and bar activity. Although long time steakhouse tenant Bailey’s locked up for good this week, new venues such as Bowl and Barrel, Grimaldi’s and Park Tavern recently opened. An announced future restaurant which has been anticipated and owned by the same folks at Park Tavern is Boca Chica Tapas.
