Michael Flynn was the long-time Wine Director for The Mansion on Turtle Creek and is widely regarded as one of the top “wine guys” in Texas. He is a true professional and one of our city’s top sommeliers. Flynn was best known at the Mansion for his wine chats, and they live again vicariously through Veritas on Henderson Ave in Dallas.
Tonite’s Wine Chat will feature four wines, all of which will have a common theme connecting them. The wines will be disclosed at the beginning of the Wine Chat, however since Michael just spent two weeks in France so you might be able to guess. Continue reading
