The Bugatti name has meant something in Dallas Italian dining for a long time, and now there’s a new chapter. Trattoria Bugatti opens Monday, April 20 at 3850 W Northwest Hwy in Midway Hollow — just down the street from where the original Bugatti Ristorante stood before it moved to Farmers Branch.

Mercer Boardwalk in Farmers Branch is quickly becoming one of the most exciting dining destinations in North Texas. The high-profile development, located at 635 and Luna Rd., has already announced four planned restaurants, with the first of those opening next month. Now, Mercer Boardwalk will become the home of one of Dallas’ most beloved restaurants and the first North Texas location for a celeb chef’s signature place. Both are slated to open during the first quarter of 2024, with Bugatti’s planning to be open by January.
