The Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier will present their annual fete that has raised over $1 million for scholarships that benefits five colleges and universities in Texas for women in the food, wine and hospitality industries.
This year’s Raiser Grazer event is themed “Dames in the City” and will highlight 20 of the most talented and fascinating female culinary professionals who will offer delicious tastes to pair with a myriad of wines and cocktails.
The evening will also feature a cork-pull, a silent auction and other fun attractions including street performers and music.
A few of the items available at auction include a 3-night stay for four at Cakebread Cellars on their beautiful River Ranch in Napa, an incredible vacation at the Pirates Point resort on Little Cayman, a multitude of dinners at local restaurants and many other coveted items that make this silent auction so very popular each year.
Tickets to the Les Dames Raiser Grazer are available online or at the door for $50. This years event will be held at Cityplace Conference Center.
