The Dallas Arboretum concert series is still flourishing through out the summer with tonight’s concert Tuxedo Junction performing their big band sounds, then later in the week Brave Combo the extremely eclectic and prolific Denton quartet.
While visiting the grounds of the Arboretum there are some new options besides your own picnic basket for a good nosh. Highland Park Cafeteria the 85 year old restaurant staple now provides meals that can be picked up on location and even ordered online prior to the event. Concert goers can choose from and pay for freshly made offerings including cookies, sandwiches, chips/guacamole, gourmet cheese tray, salads, hotdogs, BBQ sandwiches, beverages and more when ordering online. All orders must be received by 2 pm prior to the concert.
