Chef Stephan Pyles just signed a lease this week for 7,500 square feet on the ground floor of Gables Park 17 located on McKinney. Pyles had been looking at the space for some time now and has previously mentioned that he was wanting to update the Star Canyon brand.
Gables Park 17 is the multi-use twin building complex that is seperated by a beautiful park and sits in the heart of Uptown, but overlooks downtown Dallas.
