Join GROW North Texas at Craft and Growler as they discuss local farm with food experts on the importance of understanding the connection between farms and human consumption. In this panel discussion you will learn about the local farm to table movement and its prevalence in early childhood education.
Panelists will include:

Darciea Houston, lead farm hand at Paul Quinn Farm
Graham Dodds, renowned Dallas farm to table chef and culinary director of The Statler Hotel & Residences
Kris Habashy, founder and director of Connecting City to Farm
John Paul Dineen III, farmer and co-owner of The Yellow Farmhouse
Kim Whalen Aman, farmer and program director at Moss Haven Farm

The panel will be moderated by Susie Marshall and will be from 6-7:30pm on September 12th with time for Q&A – so come with questions in mind.

GROW North Texas is a non-profit that works to connect North Texans to food, farms, and community in order to create a sustainable, secure regional food system that enriches the land, encourages economic opportunity through food and agriculture, and provides equitable access to healthy, nutritious food for all residents.

Craft and Growler is located at 3601 Perry in Dallas. The event is free and $1 of each pint purchased goes to GROW.
