We have a short list of brunches you may enjoy for Easter:

Perle on Maple: the French-inspired restaurant with a Texas-twist, will be offering a special three-course Easter menu created by Executive Chef Wade Burch featuring delicious spring-time dishes using local ingredients. Available on Sunday, April 21, Perle on Maple’s Easter menu is $52 per person including a complimentary glass of champagne. Capital Grill: Who has time to hunt for eggs and prepare a rack of lamb? This year, we hope you’ll allow us to host your celebration on Easter Sunday. You’re invited to enjoy our full dinner menu, featuring a honey-crusted Roasted Rack of Lamb with Mint Gremolata. A three-course brunch menu will also be available for $49, which includes exclusive offerings for this occasion.

This Easter Sunday, gather around the table with the whole family at Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille. On Sunday, April 21, Perry’s will open early at 11 a.m., serving guests an all-day dinner menu – three cocktail specials, two off-the-menu brunch-inspired dishes and the restaurant’s traditional Sunday Supper Special, making Perry’s the perfect place to end Lenten fasts. Off-the-menu brunch-inspired features will be available from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Easter Sunday only.

Diners in search of an Easter Brunch offering a little something for everyone need to look no further than Haywire and The Ranch at Las Colinas. Both restaurants will offer a bountiful spread of customizable menu items served at buffet stations throughout the restaurants. Options will include Breakfast & Hearty Selections, Texas Seafood Bar, Fresh Tossed Salads, Carving Stations, Taco with Salsa Bar and Bread & Desserts.

Ocean Prime Dallas, open from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Easter Sunday, is serving up a delectable menu featuring seafood brunch offerings and classic cocktails. Scout at The Statler Dallas will be offering Easter Brunch from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with a special visit from the Easter Bunny  from 11:30-2:00 p.m.  For $25/adult and $10/kid who are 12 and under. Asador, located in the Renaissance Dallas Hotel, is serving up a Brunch Buffet on Easter Sunday, available from 11:00-3:00 p.m. For $60/adult and $20/kids ages 6-12, Asador’s buffet stations include:

Upside West Village, located on the rooftop of Canopy by Hilton Dallas Uptown, will be serving Easter Brunch from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for $35/person and include one mimosa. The brunch will include:
  • A La Carte Options: Twice-Baked Citrus Almond Strata and Spanish Potato Frittata
  • Brunch Stations: Completely Roasted Pig, Breakfast Pastries, Desserts

Open Palette, located in the Sheraton Dallas Hotel, is offering a brunch buffet with several stations sure to satisfy. Seating times for the Buffett will be at 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 3:00 p.m. The buffet stations include:
