Ozeki Ramen, Sushi & Izakaya is now open at Southlake Town Square

Ozeki

Ozeki Ramen, Sushi & Izakaya is now open at Southlake Town Square at 432 Grand Avenue West. In its modern, exotic interior, guests will find modern Japanese favorites.  Flavorful ramen that is boiled in the traditional method for more than 20 hours is a star on the menu, as well as sushi made with premium-grade fresh fish.

“Izakaya,” or a Japanese pub menu, includes hot plates like Kaki Fry (Japanese fried oysters) and Chicken Karaage (Japanese-style fried chicken with shishito and coleslaw), and cold plates like sushi samplers and Ahi towers.

Owner Shawn Kim and his cousin chef Aden, who has 18 years of experience in the restaurant industry, were attracted to Southlake Town Square because of its range of amenities and emphasis on memorable dining experiences.

The restaurant is open Sunday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.; and on Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to midnight, and can be reached at 817-410-7722.
