Far East Pizza Co Sounds Amazing

A North Texas Asian-inspired pizzeria opens up in the Richardson area for delivery and pick-up only.

Like most immigrants, Far East Pizza Co. owner & chef Nidhi Mittal moved to the States for “a better life for her family.” Mittal and her husband ran a little deli inside a business building serving mostly the tenants and once the pandemic happened, they had to change the course. She reached out to Chef Troy Gardner of TLC Vegan Kitchen and with his help, they crafted a menu blending Mittal’s favorite Indian recipes and American Italian dishes.

Located inside an office building in Richardson, this pizzeria is a delivery and pick-up only location.  Catering, delivery and pick-up are available through their website at www.fareastpizza.com or found on third party delivery services like DoorDash and UberEats. Food can be ordered online at any day and time and then scheduled for pick-up for another day or time during their business hours.

Far East Pizza Co. is North Texas’ first Asian inspired pizzeria serving pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, salads and some desserts. Nidhi’s favorite and popular butter paneer recipe incorporated throughout the menu and unique and flavorful dishes like Halal Beef Pepperoni pizza, a chicken tikka masala pizza, butter paneer pizza with ancient Indian spices; pastas with ancient Indian spices and sandwiches made with fluffy naan and house made plantain chips.

With the partnership and help of Chef Troy Gardner of TLC Vegan Kitchen, Chef Nidhi Mittal created and crafted a menu with a magical blend of fine Indian cuisine from the Northern region and American Italian cuisine.

Expect bold Chandigarh flavors of cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon found in Chef Nidhi Indian home cooking combined with the roasted tomatoes and basil throughout the menu.

About Far East Pizza Co.

Far East Pizza Co. is a magical blend of fine Indian cuisine & well-crafted American Italian delights, created by Owner and Chef Nidhi Mittal with a partnership with Chef Troy Gardner. Mittal was born and raised in India and moved to the Richardson area 3 years ago with her husband and two kids for “a better life” in America. They dreamed of starting their own business and started with a small deli inside an office building that business came from the tenants.

We will experience the pie tonight and issue a full report.
