
With graduation weekend fast approaching, KNIFE Dallas at The Highland Dallas is inviting graduates and their families to mark this important milestone in unforgettable style from May 15 to May 18. Located just steps from campus, KNIFE Dallas has crafted a weekend full of celebratory experiences, including elevated brunch offerings, champagne toasts, complimentary desserts, and spirited SMU-themed cocktails. This festive weekend is designed to elevate the moment and create lasting memories for all who attend.

From proud parents to graduates and friends, this four-day event offers an ideal setting to raise a glass and honor the accomplishments of the Class of 2025. KNIFE Dallas will host a variety of special dining experiences throughout graduation weekend, blending fine cuisine with festive ambiance. Guests can enjoy prix fixe brunch menus, unique cocktail selections, and special touches like complimentary desserts to mark the occasion.
Brunch service will be offered on Saturday, May 17, and Sunday, May 18, from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., priced at $70 per adult. Reservations are available via OpenTable. The brunch menu includes a first course choice of Mushroom Toast, Smoked Salmon Benedict, or Burrata Salad; a second course selection of Steak & Egg, Frittata, Braised Benedict, or Salmon; and a decadent dessert known as “The Last Bite,” featuring white chocolate mousse and raspberry sorbet.
Specialty cocktails, available from May 15 through May 18, include the Mustang Old Fashion, crafted with Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva Rum, Demerara Syrup, Orange Bitters, and Sea Salt, and The Send Off, a refreshing mix of Ketel One Vodka, Pineapple Juice, Lime Juice, Mint, and Fever Tree Club Soda.
Guests can also enjoy Happy Hour at KNIFE every Sunday through Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. The menu features $15 small bites, $5 beers, $11 handcrafted cocktails, and $9 wines by the glass.
Throughout the weekend, additional celebratory touches will be offered. On Thursday, May 15, KNIFE will provide complimentary desserts during dinner service from 5 to 10 p.m. On Friday, May 16, guests can enjoy “Send Off” Hour and Friday Happy Hour from 3 to 5 p.m., which includes a complimentary Pommery Champagne toast. Complimentary desserts will also be offered during dinner from 5 to 10 p.m.

The celebration continues on Saturday, May 17, with prix fixe brunch from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., followed by complimentary dinner desserts from 5 to 10 p.m. The festivities conclude on Sunday, May 18, with a second day of graduation brunch from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., capped by a Send Off Celebration at The Highland’s pool from 12 to 3 p.m., featuring a complimentary Whispering Angel Rosé toast.
