As someone who pays close attention to quality ingredients, I am always searching for products that keep ingredients simple while still delivering incredible flavor, and I recently found exactly that with Mooala almond milk. What immediately stood out to me was the impressively clean ingredient list, something that feels increasingly rare these days. Made with organic almonds and a handful of recognizable ingredients, it is refreshingly uncomplicated.
Beyond the simplicity, the flavor is what truly won me over. It has a rich, smooth taste that feels far more elevated than many other plant-based options on the market. Sometimes the best products are the ones that prove less really is more.
Here’s an Overnight Oats recipe that I created just for Mooala:
- 1 cup organic rolled oats
- 1 Tablespoon organic chia seeds
- 2 Tablespoons Burleson’s Honey (available at HEB and Walmart)
- Pinch sea salt
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 ¾ cup unsweetened Mooala Almond Milk (or your favorite flavor at https://mooala.com/products/original-almondmilk or Amazon)
Place all ingredients in a quart jar with a lid and shake well. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning! You can top with fresh fruit or nuts and edible flowers.
