Every year Beaujolais & Beyond, the French American Chamber of Commerce’s big festival gets better. ryan barnettby Steven Doyle

According to French law, a year’s wine vintage cannot be released until the 3rd Thursday in November. We are happy to announce a dinner to celebrate the release of the 2013 French wine vintages with a Beaujolais Soirée on Thursday, November 21, 2013 at 7:00 pm prepared by local underground chef Chef Ryan.  Ryan, a Dallas native, is a classically trained chef whose passion and focus is the French Culinary technique.  His career began in Mississippi and he has since been fortunate enough to travel across the country and work with many acclaimed chefs.

The prix fixe dinner is a seasonal, 4 course menu of French classics with a Texas twist for $65.00. Menu highlights include a salad made of local greens, heritage chicken from East TX as a main course, and a special treat from the chef to take home at the end of the night.    Continue reading
