Fort Worth Arts District Adding Thai Restaurant

Eddy Thretipthuangsin will be opening a new Thai restaurant in Fort Worth;’s Art District, and is scheduled to begin service before the end of 2014.  No word on a name just yet. This is the same chef-owner that has BITE City Grill in Fort Worth. Chef Eddy just returned from a month long cooking sabbatical in Thailand and is said to have a briefcase full of fresh ideas.

For now, check out BITE City Grill located at 2600 West 7th in Fort Worth. We will follow up when we have the name and exact location.

BITE City Grill Now Open For Lunch And Happy Hour

Busy Fort Worth diners have a new lunch destination.  BITE City Grill, the lauded new restaurant from Chef Eddy Thretipthuangsin, will begin both lunch and happy hour service this week.

Lunch is offered daily at BITE from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. Guests  who enjoy the Small Bites menu will be pleased to see most of their favorites remaining, including the Lemongrass Coconut Clams with basil, lemongrass coconut broth and Spanish chorizo, Charred Octopus with Peppadew peppers and ginger aioli.    Continue reading
