Blue Mesa is best known for their New Mexican style of cuisine. Plenty of green chiles and rich sauces. Besides their fantastic and over-the-top brunch, Blue Mesa guests enjoy the Adobe Pie. This special dome of corn masa filled with chicken and roasted chiles is a satisfying meal unto itself.

Best Buffet Selections in Dallas

We have been asked to write a list of the best buffets in Dallas and initially that seems like a dreadful task, but once we pulled off the ugly layers of the buffet onion we were shocked at how many lovely experiences could be found. The very best way to run a buffet situation is to keep it fresh, clean and with an unusual variety to keep guest’s interest. In the case of the Indian food buffet, it makes for an excellent canvass to bring newcomers to the cuisine with the ability to instantly sample a variety of dishes and spark an interest that may not have formerly been there.

National Taco Day Sends Us To Blue Mesa

While 95% of the blogosphere is out celebrating National Taco Day at fast food joints across DFW we are slipping out early today to grab a fistful of free tacos in the bar at Blue Mesa. These tacos are pretty spectacular and come in several styles such as their picadillo (potato and beef), chicken, and beef.
