Savor Dallas’ inaugural event may also become its most popular. Savor The Arboretum takes place in the pastoral scenery of the Arboretum grounds and raises money for the arboretum’s education department.

New Events For Savor Dallas Announced

Savor Dallas is one of the premier food and wine events in Texas, and enjoyed each year by literally thousands of enthusiasts. The event seems to be growing at a quicker clip each year with more interesting and exciting events to get people out of the house and exposed to our wonderful restaurants, and of course the wine.

Jim White is Dallas gem and has planned for even more this year with events spreading out over an entire week. Look for a huge event at 3015 in Trinity Grove, and we just learned of another new event at the Dallas Arboretum that will be a lot of fun. The Arboretum explodes in the Spring and on Sunday, March 17, 2013 you will be able to stroll the grounds and enjoy premium wines, beers and spirits. You will also find some nice restaurants and caterers on hand to help make the evening even more delicious.          Continue reading

Chihuly And Chinese Lantern Extended

There are a few exhibits in Dallas that captured the imagination of anyone who visited in 2012. For those that missed them, you have a renewed chance. The Dale Chihuly exhibit at the Dallas Arboretum is extended until December 31, 2012. And the Chinese Lantern Festival at Fair Park has been extended until January 2013.
