Dallas Fish Market Hosts Oysters and Martinis Dinner February 22nd (Contest)

It’s no secret that we are fans of Dallas Fish Market and chef Richard Triptow. He is a master in the kitchen and hios dishes are pure art. His culinary experience had him working under three chefs at The Mansion: Dean Fearing, John Tesar, and Bruno Davaillon. “The kitchen under Fearing was a very competitive environment, and most of what I learned about seafood came from Tesar. He took me under his wing and really taught me the styles and techniques that I still use today. Bruno definitely passed along his French influence to me,” Triptow told us. Continue reading

An Afternoon With Tiffany Derry

This will be a unique experience for everyone who attends. Chef Tiffany Derry is known through out the country for her amazing food and for her work on Top Chef, Bar Rescue, & Hungry Investors. On Saturday, August 19th she will be teaching a cooking class highlighting  some of her favorite dishes at the beautiful new The Brixton at the Shops at Legacy in Plano. From 12p-3p.

Tiffany will teach everyone in attendance her dishes and fielding questions from the audience. While you enjoy the food she is preparing everyone will also enjoy a trio of signature cocktails created by her friends at Western Son Vodka and Red River Whiskey during the class.
