Georgie by Curtis Stone and Up On Knox Reopen for Full Service on September 1

Up 0n Knox

The Knox District dining destinations, Georgie by Curtis Stone and Up On Knox, are transitioning from curbside/takeaway, to full service dining room operations. Following Governor Abbott’s mandates on capacity and health protocols, Courseau Concepts announced that both restaurants will fully reopen on Tuesday, September 1, alongside their sister restaurants Le Bilboquet and The Georgie Butcher Shop.

This month, award-winning chef Curtis Stone, brother Luke Stone and Dallas partner Stephan Courseau introduce Georgie by Curtis Stone in the Knox District. Inspired by the Stone brothers’ Gwen Butcher Shop & Restaurant in Los Angeles, Georgie by Curtis Stone focuses on integrity and sustainability, using high-quality ingredients sourced from responsible purveyors, as well as local farmers and ranchers.
