LYFE (Love Your Food Everyday) is a concept in a growing segment: healthy, tasty food with a conscious nod towards localism, environmentalism and some notion of social responsibility. This summer, Dallas residents will be introduced to a unique dining experience that breaks conventions when it comes to delicious food that is good for you. LYFE Kitchen – opening in Plano (June 13), Preston Center (June 27) and West Village (July 25) – will be the perfect restaurant destination for the busy work crowd and area families who seek great tasting food that is also nutritious, convenient and affordable.
“The LYFE Kitchen mission is to ensure you Love Your Food Everyday, so we are constantly challenging ourselves to create recipes that get people excited about eating well,” said Art Smith, Executive Chef of LYFE Kitchen. “I would describe our menu as ‘guilt free indulgence’ because everything on it is as delicious, familiar and fun as it is good for you.” Continue reading
