Sachet’s Menu is a Masterclass in Mediterranean Cooking 

There’s a specific type of Dallas restaurant that never really goes out of style, the one you keep coming back to not because it’s new but because it never stopped being good. Sachet is that restaurant. located in the Shops of Highland Park on Oak Lawn Avenue, it opened in September 2017 as the second act from chef Stephen Rogers and his wife Allison Yoder, the couple behind Gemma, the Henderson Avenue restaurant that’s been one of Dallas’s most beloved dining rooms for over a decade. Where Gemma leans French and intimate, Sachet takes the same obsessive care and points it at the entire Mediterranean coast, pulling from Spain, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Lebanon, and North Africa without ever feeling scattered.

Lamb Lollipops and a Turkish Old Fashioned: An Evening at Saaya

Swiss Avenue at Good-Latimer has turned into its own small entertainment district over the past few years, and Saaya is the corner of it built for staying put. The Mediterranean lounge from Milkshake Concepts sits next door to its sibling Citizen, and the two make an instructive pair. The nightclub runs on volume. Saaya runs on languor, all low seating and hookah smoke drifting across the patio, a room engineered to make three hours feel like one.

New Location of The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill in Fort Worth

The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill, where fans of fresh Mediterranean cuisine can be transported to Greece through the vibrant flavors of elevated traditional dishes, opened a new location at 9654 Red Dirt Road in the Shops at Chisholm Trail. The 2,200-square-foot restaurant is owned by a local family of military veterans, Cliff Bowling and his two sons, Daniel and Patrick Bowling, who also opened the restaurant’s first Fort Worth location in the Crestwood-area last year.
